Minimalism Wines carefully curates organic and sustainable wines from around the globe. They want to tell the stories of the wineries and highlight the process of how the wines remain organic in an increasingly processed world.

These illustrations tell the story of organic wines from start to finish. It begins on a farm where we see how animals work the land to replace modern processes. Horses are used to reduce emissions on farms by eliminating automatic plows, geese are used as natural pest control, and sheep are used as lawn mowers. Once the grapes have grown and harvested, they are fermented in natural vessels, such as amphoras, and patiently cared for until they reach their peak. And finally, the consumer enjoys their wine in their comfortable abode however they desire.

Ultimately these will be used on collateral and swag for the company as they grow.

The grapes are first organically grown and harvested with machine-free practices.

This might be hand-picking or animal drawn ploughs. Geese can be used as pest control and sheep and goats are natural lawn mowers.

They are then fermented and aged using sustainable practices.

Clay vases called amphoras have been used since the neolithic era and are often built into the ground of a winery. Wooden barrels are also reused.

Of course, everyone’s favourite part of the process is having a relaxing glass.

There are many parts of the wine-making process that are enjoyable, but nothing is more cherished than tasting those tannins.
